The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 479 fresh cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in 21 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The health agency (NCDC) made the announcement yesterday night while giving a report on daily cases and deaths via its verified Twitter handle.
According to the report, about 9 persons died in the last 24 hours due to complications from the dreaded virus.
